Position 1:
Ocean Export Operator
- Job Responsibilities：
- Prepare combined transport bills of lading based on customer shipping orders, customs declaration documents and packing lists.
Draft ocean bills of lading and submit them to shipping lines for endorsement.
Notify customers with self-declaration and self-delivery arrangements to settle payment and collect original bills of lading.
Issue combined transport bills of lading after vessel departure and advise overseas agents of relevant shipment details.
Complete other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the company.
- Job Requirements：

Familiar with full NVOCC ocean export procedures and capable of handling all operational processes independently; candidates with experience on US routes are preferred.
Well-versed in operational requirements of major shipping lines.
Knowledgeable about customs clearance procedures and able to conduct preliminary review of customs documents.
Proactively identify customer demands and adjust logistics solutions promptly upon clients’ requests.
Self-motivated, diligent and responsible for assigned tasks.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in logistics industry.
Age between 35 and 45 is preferable.
